15/04/2013: Previous Ventures

Since I'm starting this blog about two months after the baking promise, I thought that I'd list my previous baked goods in chronological order before my memory fails me.

• 04/03 : I fulfilled the promise with my traditional "Triple Chocolate Brownies" - Better when 'aged' >24 hours
• 11/03 : Attempted to make an "Apple Pie" for the first time, failed - Don't use dark brown sugar
• 18/03 : "Whole Orange Cake" - Courtesy of Sunset magazine. The girls like oranges
  
• 21/03 : "Mouse Cookies" made as an orange variant of my "Christmas Tree Cookie" - Dr. Manilay likes my Brachury T mutant reference for the mice with broken tails
• 01/04 : "Orange Kiss-Me Cake" which I refer to as "Medusa". Candied orange peel is awesome
